There is a very small deposit of malachite and azurite from Kamenushiuskiy mine, Kemerovo region, Siberia, Russia. We were fortunate to obtain this from a Russian friend living in the states. The quality is just outstanding, better quality than Congo malachite. This piece is polished to a glass like finish on both sides. No scratches. The natural outer rind intact as seen in the last photo. Patterns and color are amazing. Measure is a hair under 5 inches across by .25 inch thick. The gloss of its finish is incredible. Weight 5.1 ounces.
