Unused vintage Hunter's Case XX Combination. This Knife-Axe combo was first patented in 1935 and the tang stamp on it was only used until 1940. This set was NEVER used and is a first model. No scratches from use. A premium custom hand tooled leather holster was made long ago by Oliver's, San Jose, California. We have had many of these pattern but never an unused one. The hatchet and knife has no scratches other than a few very light rubs against the sheath. The stag handle is great both sides with no cracks. Bolsters could use polishing but I'm leaving as is. Very unique knife blade can be removed and hatchet fits in it's place. Very well built, Case doesn't make stuff like this anymore. Locks up tight as the day it were made. USA sale only.
